Thousand Flavors of Mole

 

·    Tlaxcala: Onece at the city we will do a tour at the “Bacilica de la Virgen de Ocotlan”, el Templo de la Sanación (the Healing temple), the murals of the City Hall, the Xicotencat theater. After that we will delight on the delicious traditional dishes like peanut mole. While we are eating it would be an excellent moment to ask about the legend of the city. At the end we could visit Cacaxtla archaeological site with its impressive murals or Xochitécatl that was dedicated to fertility.

 

·    Puebla, we will visit the Cathedral, la Capilla del Rosario, the fonts de Loreto and Guadalupe, as well as the traditional local market and the recognized the mole poblano. “La casa de las muñecas” (the House of the Dolls), “callejón de los Sapos” (Alley of the Frogs), the library Palafoxina and we will visit the church of “Santa Maria Tonantzintla”.

 

·    Oaxaca. International recognized by its gastronomy thanks to the variety of ingredients and imagination and affection of its people, you will be able to verify it is a culinary experience. Walk through its streets to find a vast universe of fantastic art crafts. It is impossible to miss the visit to the archaeological sites of Monte Alban and Mitla or the beautiful village of “Cuilapam” with its unfinished chapel where it was shot by General Vicente Guerrero. Not to mention the town of Teotitlan Valley famous for the quality of its woolen textiles.

 

·    Mazunte: Immersed in the Oaxaca jungle, about 10 km form Puerto Angel and 1km from San Augustine. It has beautiful beaches with strong waves and a Turtle Protection Center, which promotes conservation of this animal and in its aquariums you can find endangered species near extinction.
